My path to owning a Nutrishop was definitely unique. I spent the prior 15 years of my career in the fine wine business before my Nutrishop experience. A few years before becoming a Nutrishop owner I fell back in love with working out and the sports nutrition field. After a 23 year hiatus from anything resembling a healthy lifestyle or working out, at age 42, I decided to change my life and get back into shape.

That decision was one of the best decisions I ever made. I studied everything I could find on sports nutrition, training and diet. My studies eventually lead to me becoming a Certified Sports Nutritionist and opening Nutrishop Lake Forest. Now, four years after returning to a healthy lifestyle, I am 45 pounds lighter and feel great! My body fat percentage is also 15% lower. I can honestly say I am in the best shape of my life! My passion is helping people achieve their fitness goal through consultation, support and top quality supplements.
