Anti-aging means different things to different people. Some use the term to talk about keeping your skin wrinkle free and young looking. Anti-aging clinics usually are talking about hormone replacement therapy. This therapy requires a doctor's supervision and can have marvelous results when done correctly. The hormone replacement therapy uses synthetic drugs, like Human Growth Hormone and can have serious side effects if not done properly. There are dietary supplements that are believed to have similar anti-aging properties. Being dietary supplements these products are natural, have minimal side effects and need no prescriptions. Anti-Aging Strategies & Anti-Aging Techniques

When taking dietary supplements for anti-aging results the goal is to raise testosterone and growth hormone levels naturally. In addition to total testosterone you also want to increase free testosterone. There is a two prong approach for this.

Supplementation

I recommend a natural Testosterone booster called Testanon 2250. It is a great product and also contains supplements believed to keep the liver healthy and block estrogen. By keeping estrogen levels low you increase your free testosterone and that improves strength, lean mass gains and fat loss. The other supplement I recommend is Anabolix P.M. This is a supplement whose main ingredients are known to improve Growth Hormone release. Growth Hormone also increases mass and fat loss. Together these products will help you fight off the effects of getting older. Another well know supplement is Glutamine. The glutamine in GL6 from Vitasport has been show to promote Growth hormone release as well. As we age energy also becomes an issue. For increased energy I take and recommend a terrific vitamin called Nature's Fuel. It has all the vitamins you need and a little B-12 for natural energy. And finally you need to have good healthy fats. Nutek's Nature's EFAs are my recommendation.

Exercise

Exercising can increase your hormone levels and stave off the effects of aging in a big way. The specific exercises that help promote natural hormone increases are the big mass lifts. That would be Squats, Bench Press and Dead lifts. All of these exercises are compound movements. Meaning they incorporate more than one joint, therefore muscle group in the exercise. These exercises are also complex movements that should not be tried with the help and guidance of certified trainer. Once your form on these exercises is perfected, with the help of a trainer, you should start getting the benefits of increased hormone levels.
